Mr. Kries is a co-founding Managing Partner of BIC Group, LLC and serves as the Firm’s President and Head of Sales & Distribution. Mr. Kries oversees and manages several aspects of the Firm’s operations including sales management, strategic marketing and information technology. Mr. Kries has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the financial services industry and has served in both sales management and field sales for Phoenix/Virtus Investment Partners, AIG Sun America Asset Management, Travelers, MetLife and Transamerica.

Mr. Kries began his career as a financial advisor with Lehman Brothers and Prudential Securities. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He is series, 7, 24, 31, 63, and 66 licensed.
